Before starting, all divers are required to:
1. Agree and sign Participation Agreement & Waiver

2. Register with AAU

At AAU website follow these steps: Click on Join Here Click on Athlete Category Join Here
Fill out all required ranges including: Program – Choose Youth Membership Fee – Choose Added Benefit ($14.00) Sport – Choose Di-Diving AAU Club Name – Type in High Dive Champions AAU Club Code – Type in MPDI47YKB9
3. Mail payment payable to High Dive Champions(include practice days and times in memo section), Signed Agreement Form and Copy of AAU Card to:
